Features-

The unit’s horizontal configuration and unique dual airflow outlets make it an ideal solution for crawlspaces. The optional condensate pump and ducting kits can provide the installation flexibility necessary for almost any application. No conventional dehumidifier can perform as efficiently and effectively in crawlspaces as the Santa Fe Advance90.
High Efficiency – Exceeds Energy Star® efficiency requirements.
Low Temperature Operation – Engineered for crawlspaces and the temperature and air flow issues that they present. When many conventional dehumidifiers have stopped removing water from the air, the Santa Fe Advance90 keeps on protecting you and your home.
Superior Air Filtration – MERV-13 filtration is standard on the Santa Fe Advance90. This superior level of air filtration also keeps the unit working at peak efficiency, out performing other conventional dehumidifiers.
Auto Restart – Santa Fe dehumidifiers will automatically restart at the original setting after a power outage.
Optional Equipment – A duct kit and condensate pump are available for use with the Santa Fe Advance90. These optional kits provide the ultimate in flexibility for your specific installation requirements.

I am reviewing this product before I have used it long enough to test its merit. But I do know it runs quietly. I was quite impressed with the ordering process and the employees answered all my questions satisfactorily. They even placed a follow up call to be certain that I had no further questions. With the reviews I have read I expect this product to be outstanding.

Installed easily and quickly. Initial impression very favorable. Quality of product is obvious. Been running for approx 2 weeks in sealed 2600 sq. ft. (11,000 cu. ft.) crawl space with no issues. Took humidity from 57 to 42 in only 2 days. Fan and compressor both cycling well. Should have got years ago instead on trying to make a small 70 pint $200 unit do a job it was not designed for.

Works great at maintaining the moisture in my crawl space but is a bit louder than I would like. You can hear it running from inside the house especially when the hvac system is not running. I do not have insulation installed under the floor boards which might would help.

Cons:
Unit installed after new vapor barrier in crawlspace approx 2400 sq ft. Took about a week to drop humidity to about 50%. Has maintained at 50% or less even with high 90's temps and high 90's outdoor relative humidity levels (when ventilation alone would have done more harm than good). Will be installing more of these units including one at my house.
