The Foundation Seal Tape did not hold very well on some of the concrete Foundation blocks. I'm glad I ordered this caulk. It did a great job sticking to the concrete blocks. Even if you can find this at a big box store, it is more expensive than ordering here. Well worth it.

This caulk is easy to use. I use it at the top of my crawlspace wall plastic sheeting to make a seal above the adhesive strip. It makes a neat job and has never let loose of the sheeting.

Excellent caulk. worked great where the foundation seal tape had problems.

I used this to seal the membrane to fundations sprayed with polyurethane. It hold well and doesn't seem to react to the polyurethane, but I think the seal would have been better with sprayed polyurethane because of the irregular surface. I may complete the work with this in the future.
