Unit appears to be comparable quality to other outdoor temperature products I have used in the past. Easy to set up and operate. It has been very interesting watching the crawlspace temperature especially since I removed all of my insulation under the floors. As for durability, I have not been using it long so I rated it a 3 - I have no real opinion at the moment, although nothing about it makes me concerned.

I have been pleased with this item. It allows me to monitor the temp. and humidity in as many as three different locations in my crawl space. I use it to determine when, and for how long, to run the exhaust fan to remove moisture under the house.

Pros:
Cons:
I purchased this unit to replace my old one that had stopped working. I thought I could use more than one sensor as the specs said it had three channels, but alas you can only have one base unit and sensor. I should have been more careful when I read the specs, now I have an extra sensor.

We have purchased 6 of these and have not been impressed. I can set two side by side and will always get readings that vary by 10. And usually on the high side for both Temps and RH.
