Much like a quality barrier material sold by this site, this tape is quality and you need it do a good job. It is sticky as hell and sticks to anything.

This is probably the most useful product I used in redoing my crawlspace. It is excellent for hanging the vapor barrier on the crawlspace walls and floor piers. I have used for other applications as well. Extremely useful. The technique shown on the video for unpeeling the craft paper was great advice. Very impressive.

I purchased the 6 Mil Crawl Space Liner to create a vapor barrier on the dirt floor of my basement to help solve a moisture and mold problem I have. The product arrived promptly and was exactly as described. Installation was very straight-forward and the tape is the extremely sticky and durable. I'm currently putting pea stone on top of the liner and then I'm done. Dehumidifier is running in the basement and in only 2 days has dropped the humidity 20 points. I highly recommend this product.

Absolute must to secure the vapor barrier to walls. The weight of 12 Mil SilverBack along a 5 ft wall pulled the Seam Seal tape off the wall even in an area that seemed well attached. From then on, I worked in smaller sections, reinforcing with foundation pegs every 1.5 to 2 feet. Taps in easily into 1/4 inch hole.
