Easy to use. Installed in crawl space when outside temp was in the 30s. Held over night till pins could be installed next day and still has tight seal.

The foundation pins were worth using. They were sturdy and after three months are still holding the crawl space together. They were also easy to install.

Used this to tape seams on my 12mil and 20 mil vapor barrier. Worked very easy and looked professional and tidy!

After receiving an expensive estimate for encapsulating my crawlspace, I decided to do it myself. This Silverback material was easy to work with in my opinion. I did most of the installation myself. I used a sharp pair of scissors to cut it. I used a drywall T and a sharpie to mark a straight line right on the back of the material.
