We love the quality and durability of the Guardian 12 Mil reinforced vapor barrier for crawl space applications. It is easy to install and gives us the results we expect.

I highly recommend this product used in conjunction with the 3" waterproof tape.

 

Super product! Used this in a small crawl space, DIY "passive wine cellar" - smells so fresh down there now. Far better situation that the very thin product used when the house was built. Thank you!

 

This product is great. I had to use their under barrier protection due to my gravely soil, to help from holes being punched through it.



Due to its thickness it was a little hard to maneuver in tight spaces, but great for ground application.

Received this item quickly and it was heavier than I thought. I followed the directions from their web site and it all went as planned. After 38 years in my home with a damp and cold crawl space I now have a super clean and dry (No more mold) crawl space. I am looking forward to having warm floors this winter. I would recommend that you order extra white seam tape as you will probably use more than you think. Extremely glad to have done this project

I applied the barrier in my craw space and saw immediately benefits from it. The temperature in our living room went up by two degrees. Anyone one that comes to my house, I show them what I placed in the craw space.
