The perfect tape for my sealed crawl space that needed resealed. Sticks better than another brand I previously had. Would definitely buy again.

The Foundation Seal Tape is absolutely excellent. Originally, I thought it was very pricey, but once I began using it, I changed my mind. This tape is great for this purpose. I used it to attach the vapor barrier to the foundation walls.

Great product! Strong adhesion! Glue on the tape is such that the scissors we were using for cutting it had to be thoroughly cleaned with solvent at regular intervals.

This was my first time using and doing a project like this! make sure to measure and cut before you bring into the crawlspace fold it up and go into space and unfold TAN SIDE DOWN, when you cut the next piece I suggest you over lap pieces by at least 3" , I was so impressed with the quality,make sure you have sharp razors to cut because there is some poly type string that runs thru it for durability a good razor will be no problem, now I know the true test will be in the coming cold months and the years as they pass to see how it truly holds up but thus far Im very pleased with this material and its purpose. I dont often write reviews but I felt compelled to let homeowners and contractors know you will not be disappointed, unless of course you cut corners and do a cheap lazy job that will be on you and not the product. I will buy again at another location and I will highly suggest to friends and family to buy!

I cannot recommend this product enough. We installed it in our crawl space after the Colorado floods in 2013. After installing it, our crawl space has been warm and dry and we have had no mold issues. I was hesitant to use the foundation pins, but the person we talked to said we really needed them, and he was right. We were able to rent a "pin gun" from our local hardware store and the combo of the pins plus the caulking has held up extremely well. In this day and age of bad customer service and poor quality products that look good but don't deliver, it is nice to find a product that does what it says it will and exceeds your expectations. Highly recommend.
