I had much difficulty in using this tape. it would not stick to the cement block due to a slight moisture on it. the job was under my cabin. I have dirt floors. I had to avoid using it.

The tape did just what it was promised to do. I followed the directions of sweeping off the surface of my crawlspace brick and pushing the tape onto it firmly. It held. And when I peeled off the craft paper backing the next day, the tape was sticky enough to hold the moisture barrier until I could install the pins.

This tape is the real deal. I've referred crawl space repair.com to a local insulation company that does crawl space encapsulating because you guys are the best.

Used foundation seal tape for small crawlspace. Impressed with adhesion to the concrete foundation. It allows for some adjustment of the vapor barrier without it ever pulling from the concrete. Not sure of longevity but stayed put for many days while I added pins. Works as promised.

Worked well and with temps in the 60s, was not too sticky, but bonded well to dry and coated concrete once it was prepped.

Tape would not stick to one wall in this job, as it was wet on the surface and saturated with moisture - however - nothing we tried would stick so its not the fault of the tape. Was able to make it work with a combination of silicone adhesive on the tape to create the seal and a foundation pin every 6". A little overkill, but it worked perfectly. Luckily, this wall was only 5'.
