I had a roll from a previous project completed over two years ago. Dug it out of hiding, and came off the roll easily, held like it did when new. The best tape I've found to work with heavy vapor barrier installation. Yes, it's pricy, but consider having to go back into the crawl space to repair seams that came loose. Once is enough in my opinion.

This tape is a must have for doing a crawlspace job correctly. Great quality and works well.

I probably didn’t need to use Felt 550 under 20 mil silverback, but I’m happy I did. Since radon mitigation was critical and added storage space was needed it provided the most durable solution with additional protection from any rocks I missed. It did make it much cleaner to install the vapor barrier which is a real plus.

I installed this 20 mil SilverBack in a 24x26 crawl space. The results were great. You can't go wrong with this product. I expect it to last for many years. Buy it.
