This 20 Mil Silverback is the best. It sealed the floor and prevents thing underneath from penetrating it.

Not cheap, but very good product. You get what you pay for and one proof of that, is that it is quite heavy to work with, especially for big pieces in tight places.

I recently purchased your 12 Mil vapor barrier system and Foundation Seal Tape. The project went just as I had expected and the installation was as easy as your videos had shown. You certainly have my endorsement of these products.
