Great Tape. The last two years I tried to seal leaking joints in the crawl space using different tapes and methods with absolutely no success. This tape really works and does the job. It is worth the money you pay for it. The cleaner the surface the better it works, but even in lightly damp areas I had surprisingly good success.

This is great quality 12mil vapor barrier, it is durable and works perfectly.if i had the money i would buy the 20 mil you could probably have a track meet on that stuff because the 12 mil was great!
