We have both new concrete block and very old (1920's) concrete for a foundation. The seal tape worked well on the new concrete but didn't stick well to the old concrete. I'm glad I ordered this caulk. It did a great job sticking to the very rough old concrete. Even if you can find this at a big box store, it is more expensive than ordering here. Well worth it.

This caulk is easy to use. I use it at the top of my crawlspace wall plastic sheeting to make a seal above the adhesive strip. It makes a neat job and has never let loose of the sheeting.

Thanks for the follow up. Your products were more than what I expected, but I can't say enough about the excellent support I received from your staff. I'm hoping to use your products on another project I may have coming up soon.

Excellent caulk. worked great where the foundation seal tape had problems.
