Very easy to setup since I already had a working pump in place. Installed dehumidifier in sealed crawlspace that had a humidity of 78%. After running for an hour both the meter on the dehumidifier and a separate meter read 10% lower. I set it to 55% and it reached that in less than 6 hours. I didn't track close enough to know exact time. Very satisfied so far. Hope it works for a long time.
Pump works excellent. Not one bit of trouble
Just installed the dehumidifier. Quite simple to do, then plunged it in to an outlet nearby and done. Saved about $ 1,500 by doing it myself, spending about 4 hours total for the installation and building the shelf it is now sitting on. It would have been convenient, if the control panel was at the outlet end. The unit will typically be installed close to the entrance to the crawlspace, and adding a duct to have suction near the center of the crawlspace. With the control unit in the opposite end, the display can be seen without have to crawl around the unit. The quality seems very good, but ask me in 10 years.
Ordered the product. Didn't come and didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. Called supplier who said the would have it direct shipped from his supplier. Received wrong item. Sent item back. Finally received correct item. Wiring connection straightforward. Hasn't been operating long, but seems ok so far.
Have only had it for a week. It took the crawl space from 63% to 54% within a day. Along with the vapor barrier, I believe our problems have been solved. Crawl Space Repair had our order prepared and delivered quickly. We couldn’t be happier with the service.
