After just a month, it's hard to judge durability or even quality. Still, the convenience of being able to monitor and control the dehumidifier that's in the crawlspace from inside the house is a big benefit. I do wish the setting levels could be set to an exact percent, but the convenience is great.

It was as advertised and easy to install. Hung it from the joist, plugged it in, dropped the tube into an existing drain and hit the switch. Lots of moisture so it is working hard but I hope to see a difference in a week or two.

The Moisture Medic is a great machine for an even better price with a five year guarantee. I had another brand "blow" the mother board during a power surge. The warrantee means a lot.



Crawl space users, ensure your drain hole through your house's foundation is horizontally lower than the total distance from the top of the unit to the unit's gravity-fed drain plug. I ended up with no space between the house's floor (above the unit) and the top of the unit.

Price was right, the process for purchase easy, shipped the next day, received 2days later. All went well. Installed this past weekend and all went very well. Unit is working as described.
