Challenging crawlspace with wall height ranging from 2 to 3 feet very hard to work in. The product performed flawlessly, and my wife and I were able to install it easily in a couple hours. The foundation tape held the Silverback in place while we maneuvered the roll. The foundation pins went in smoothly and hold the barrier firmly in place. Finished taping the seams and it looks great. I would recommend this system to anyone. We noticed an immediate difference in temperature and humidity once the product was in place. Better than advertised and the assistance we received when ordering was top notch.

 

The humidity in our house was hovering around 65 to 70% and now it's below 50%, without the use of a dehumidifier! It was not an easy task and it gave me the creeps seeing mice in there, but now that it's clean and done, I'm delighted! (And saved $3400...) Thank you so much for your support.

The 675 Sq Ft rolls of 20 Mil SilverBack™ vapor barrier were quite heavy. This speaks for the true quality of the material. I have prior experience with a competitor's crawl space liner that was advertised as a 90 mil liner, which weighed less than half as much as the 20 Mil SilverBack™ from CrawlSpace Repair. I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of the materials I bought from CrawlSpace Repair. My mother's crawl space is now clean, bright, and beautiful.

This is a great product. Thick and tough enough to lay over dimpleboard to line a crawlspace floor, light enough to work with easily in tight spaces.

We began this project because of an inspection and recommendation from a major company that specializes in this field. We realized that this was necessary, but, being in our latter 60's and on a fixed budget, the price was way more than we wanted to pay. After searching the Internet for information I found Crawl Space Repair... Using their videos and expert advise, we ordered the 12 mil Silverback, Felt lining, seam tape, wall tape, pins and brush and began our work. I must say, all of their products are of the highest quality, 12 mil silverback and foam board insulation on the walls, the felt lining combined with the 12 mil silverback vapor barrier on the floor, turned our damp, dirty, musty crawl space into a dry, clean space. We could not be happier with the products and fast delivery that we received from Craw Space Repair. This will make a big difference going forward. BTW, we completed this project at less then 1/3 the quoted cost of the contractor.
