My husband and I just completed our crawlspace encapsulation project using the 20ml Guardian Vapor Barrier from this website. It was a grueling job (not recommended for 58 and 60-year-olds) but we got it done. It took several weekends some weeknights, but well worth it. Humidity has already dropped 35%. Our next step is installing air ventilation system then we feel our foundation will be secure. A tip I would offer is to consider coverage of your crawlspace walls when ordering materials. Our house is about 1800 sq feet so I ordered two 1,000 sf rolls, but because of all the wall space and support pillars that needed to be covered I ended up needing to order an additional 1,000 sf roll to finish the project. So glad it's done!

Fantastic quality at a competitive price. We have a lot of ground water and there was a bad mice infestation at one time. After laying down this vapor barrier the terrible smell completely disappeared!

Arrived in four days. Easy to install. No odor whatsoever. Seems very durable.

This product is great. Dropped the humidity from 85% to 30% almost instantly and the vents havent been closed yet. Well worth the money. I'd also add that the service was exceptional both before I bought this product and after. When I got to the job I realized that I was going to need felt. The company shipped it to me within a few days so I was able to complete the job while on site. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

I'm a contractor in Pagosa Springs CO. I have now encapsulated 3 crawlspaces with Guardian liner and other products from crawlspace repair. I couldn't be happier with the products, the instructional videos, (gave me the ability to do a professional job from the beginning) and the fast efficient service. My only complaint, they sent me a 2x tee shirt, I'm a large. Lol
