Very satisfied. Product came in a timely manner, packed well, easily set up and performs as expected. It is being used in a encapsulated crawlspace. Dropped the level of humidity to 59% very quickly. The only thing that out performs the humidifier is the price. Great value!

Installed easily in a damp crawl space. Reduced humidity by 10 points in 24 hours. Quiet, efficient. Works as advertised.

I had called before purchasing and new that this is the Aprilaire 1820. The instruction were easy to understand and the unit is much quieter than expected. I have not had the unit long enough to properly review it as I don't think that 4 days of operation qualifies for durability or quality. I know that at start up, my crawl space was at 84% RH and on the 3rd day it had come down to 67% RH. For the price and the warranty, I can't say anything bad about this unit. GREAT VALUE!

I rated it all 5s simply because I have only had it installed for a week so i really can't say about durability or Quality but so far it seams to be doing a very good job holding my crawl space at 50 HR.

We've had a moisture problem in our 2,000 sq. ft. crawlspace for a long time and it's been getting worse - consistently over 75%. The Moisture Medic - 90 pint unit quickly brought it down to 50% and keeps it there - with very little noise in operation. We are almost right above it when it's operating and can barely hear it run. Plus, it's been very economical - adding little to the monthly utility bill. All in all, an excellent choice.
