It was an easy instally done in less than 15 min. Turned it on and moisture started down thw drain in the first 20 seconds. It's been a week now and it's a real work horse. Also installed the sump pump....both units work well. Great products.

 

We only had Moisture Medic 70 for 2 months and it has exceeded our expectations. We are only dehumidifying 600 square feet. The insulation under the crawl space floor was drenched, you could ring it out like a T-shirt thrown into a bucket of water until we installed the Moisture Medic. The insulation was bone dry in 24 hours like it just came from the store. We have many power outages in our area and the Moisture Medic resets itself to the humidifying range you set it at when the power comes back on. Highly recommended.

Product arrived in 2 days. Just installed 2 days ago however it is performing awesome. I cannot comment in durability due to short usage however with a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty where can you go wrong. It is a genuine Aprilaire 1820. Very user friendly. Thanks again Crawl Space Repair.

Very compact and easy to install. This was a replacement for a Santa fe unit that had given up after 10 years. Unit is very effective and quiet. If it stands the test of time it will have been a wise purchase

Pulling moisture down very good. Can not be live it drying
