So far so good. I really like the moisture medic. It is maintaining the humidity level easy.

We recieved our Moisture Medi Dehumidifier in a timely fashion. So far it is operating as it should. I am satisfied with the unit and would order from CrawlSpaceRepair .com again.

I researched and found this product after having a miserable experience with a competitive product. I needed to control the moisture in a 2000 sq ft basement. Since installing the moisture level is down to range and the odors are totally gone.

I installed the unit in my cellar crawl space in about 70 minutes using their support bracket and hangers. Was very straight forward and easy. I still have to connect PVC pipe to the pump so it can pump the water outside and not into a 6 gal bucket.



I turned it on that night and when I got home the next day this unit had filled the 6 gallon bucket and just started to over flow the top. What a product when I initially turned it in it analyzed the humidity which was 82 percent when I checked the next day after emptying the bucket it was at 69.
