**Awesome Heavy Duty Product!!!!**

I used this vapor barrier to fix an existing area under my home that was not done correctly when the house was built. I am extremely pleased with the strength and durability of this vapor barrier. I would definitely use this product again. It is well worth the price and regular poly sheeting doesn't even come close to delivering the same performance.

Product is tough, durable, but still light enough to handle reasonably in confined space. Installed white side up, reflects light, makes working in crawlspace much more pleasant.

Stuff worked awesome! Had a bit of rocks and concrete under vapor barrier and it actually stretched around it when I crawled over it.

Cons:
Took on a 2400 Square foot encapsulation of my homes crawlspace. Was overwhelming at first but the material quote and outstanding assistance from Larry took majority of the guess work out. Went with 12 mil silverback reinforced poly for the walls and pillars and 20 mil silverback reinforced poly for the floors. 90 pint dehumidifier and pump. Material quote was spot on with just enough material for the job. Entire job took 2 months working at my leisure with the help of my father. Wood moisture readings previous to encapsulation were 18-25% with humidity readings of 80-85% . Wood readings post encapsulation are now as low as 6% some places and cant find a reading over 15% anywhere. Humidity is now steady at 53% with the dehumidifier cycling on and off. Highly recommend fan kit to improve dehumidifier efficiency. This job is not for a first time DIY person but someone with average skills can be successful. I saved about $15,000 by doing this job myself.
