Very easy to work with and they secure the plastic drape to the foundation walls better than any other product.

Excellent product, the only reason I rated 4 and not 5 stars for durability is that this is a recent installation and I will know more about durability in 5 - 10 years. I am certainly not expecting any issues based on what I've seen. Perfectly sized to work with a 1/4 inch drill bit. They are easy to install but once in, I think would be difficult to pull out.

Just used them and seemed to work fine. Easy install.
