I used the 20 Mil and 12 Mil SilverBack™ crawl space vapor barrier this weekend and the product is fantastic, easy to use, and arrived incredibly fast and undamaged. The Waterproof Seam Tape was also something I was glad I purchased. Thanks for making a great product!

The service was phenomenal - especially as it had to cross from the US of A into Canada! We received the complete order, via UPS, in two working days. We were surprised and very happy - considering the day and time ordered! The quality of the SilverBack vapor barrier is perfect. It was easy to cut and install and the 4" Waterproof Seam Tape is powerful - once down, it is not going to come off without a fight! I was able to do the complete job on my own, just working at it a few hours a day, finishing within six days. This has been one of the very best "buying and building" experiences. I used this to brighten up my basement walls and tucked it into a Beaver Basement permiter drain and it was fantastic. I also bought the 20mil product for covering my crawl space. As I wrote in my review for the 20 mil, both products were great and I'd definitely recommend paying the little bit extra for the 20mil if it'll be going over anything uneven or if, like me, you put storage bins in the area you're covering. While the 12mil is nice and durable and good for walls, the 20mil is much more sturdy and a better fit for tear resistance if the surface will be getting any wear.



I know a fair amount of reviews say this 12mil is perfectly durable and it is a great prouct, but having had both, the 20mil definitely is worth the little bit of extra money for its durability.



Great products, though! The vapor barriers came rolled up and the other parts (I used the pins + seem tape) were in a box. Everything was included and the install was super easy.

All of my questions were answered by staff and they were very patient. The extra money going 12 mil instead of 6 mil which is code here was well worth it. This company won't sell you something you don't need and wants to get it right. I rarely write reviews, however I like to reward and encourage good products and good behavior. GM
