Block wall was completely dry and brushed off, but the tape would not stick to it. After attempting for the first 10ft I just gave up and used a caulking instead. It seemed to be more than sticky enough, just wouldn't stick to my concrete block wall.

High quality tape. Holds my vapor barrier just fine

Very sticky tape. Make sure it is where you want it before you press it down. It held up our plastic for a week before I was able to install the plastic pins and it held well.

Easy to use. Installed in crawl space when outside temp was in the 30s. Held over night till pins could be installed next day and still has tight seal.
