Very sticky tape. Make sure it is where you want it before you press it down. It held up our plastic for a week before I was able to install the plastic pins and it held well.

I ordered this product to make this job easier but the tape will not stick to dry concrete foundation

I was worried that it might not adhere so well because my foundation walls were not smooth but rippled in texture like Ruffles potato chips but it turned out OK and I had no problems hanging and securing the 12 mil to the walls.
