I have recently purchase a 12 mil crawlspace membrane, the foundation tape, the waterproof seam tape and the pins. I was very impress with the quality of the products, the crawlspace of my chalet is now clean and no more smelling or humidity. As an general contractor this is the kind of product we are looking for, I have decided to offer the product to my own customer, this is definitely way much better that the 6 mil polyethylene that the CNB suggest we install in crawlspace. I wasn't sure is i was going to buy this tape or some from a local store. I am glad I did. The quality and size of this tape were excellent for ceiling vapor barrier. Adhesion was excellent.

Wow, that is some great tape! We are very pleased. Order way more than you think you will need as it takes more than you think! I had to place a second order for more tape! I wish you could find this good of quality at your local hardware store! Why don't more companies sell this sort of thing for basements and crawlspaces is beyond me. The stuff you get at the local hardware stores is a joke compared to the quality of the items at crawl space repair. Thanks you for the great quality! We just installed the encapsulation system so I marked top rating on durability for what it appears it will be, but only time will tale.

Very sticky and very tough. This tape has adhesive abilities none of the other 8+ brands of tape used in my crawlspace.

Very strong tape. Much stronger adhesive than any duct tape style rolls. I wish there were applicator handles like those packaging tape ones.
