Arrived in four days. Easy to install. No odor whatsoever. Seems very durable.

12 mil Vapor barrier is a quality product. Strong and easy to work with. If your planning to encapsulate your crawl space this is the right place to get all your materials. Excellent customer service and great installation advice. The humidity in my crawlspace is now between 40% and 50% even on the most hot and humid days. Smells coming from the dirt are also gone. Not sure why I waited so long to do this...oh yeah...working in a crawl space does kinda suck but once its done well worth it.

Excellent product, the only reason I rated 4 and not 5 stars for durability is that this is a recent installation and I will know more about durability in 5 - 10 years. I am certainly not expecting any issues based on what I've seen. Perfectly sized to work with a 1/4 inch drill bit. They are easy to install but once in, I think would be difficult to pull out.

Excellent product. The 20mil thickness does make the product more difficult to work with. In the end, it is totally worth the slight additional effort. Laying this vapor control barrier in our crawl space changed it from a dirty, nasty environment, to being close to a sealed clean room. Huge differance!

I've put the 12mil silver back on my concrete walls and 20mil on the ground in my crawl space . Very satisfied with both products . Thank you crawl space repaire .
