When it sticks, it stays! Be mindful that you put it where you want it because it is very difficult to remove.

This tape works exactly as advertised. Sticks well to concrete (as long as it is dry) and really sticks to the vapor barrier. I try to line the vapor barrier up carefully over the tape, press in place and then apply a little 'heat' by rubbing a gloved hand over the area. Almost impossible to get the vapor barrier unstuck after that! I also order extra Foundation tape when I want to double seal a seam: foundation tape between the two layers underneath and seam tape over the top of the joint. Works great for peace of mind in wet areas or those hard to reach places where you never want to wedge your body again!

Recently purchased and about 2/3 done with installing in my crawl space. It's good and sturdy and I'm really happy with the quality. It arrived quickly and installation has been easier than I expected it to be (and I am doing it by myself) My crawlspace used to be such a horrid place to have to go in and now it is becoming pleasant. Can't wait until I am finished and going to make a final sweep through to get rid of all the dirt any one that has to come work in my crawl space in the future is going to love me.
