The 12 mill would have been an overkill for the vertical surfaces. I bought a roll of this reinforced 6 mill and proceeded to slice it into four lengths. I just squared it up in the driveway and lined the cut with the relief cut in the concert and then ran a sharp utility knife along the groove, worked perfect.

After about 8 shipments spread out over a few years, I cant say enough good things about this supplier. Great product, I am using it to help seal off my crawl space from the ground due to Radon issues. I am using their Felt 550 under this to help protect it from sharp objects which might puncture a hole in it. But really it is pretty tough stuff with the reinforcing that is in it.
