I ordered a Sump Pump Kit on Monday at noon and received it on Wednesday. I also called on the same day with a question. All of the Techs were busy, but I had a return call 11 minutes later. It just doesn't get much better than that. I also appreciate the AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS. I still care about my country and try to buy American. Thanks!

The 15 Gal sump pump kit was as advertised. Looked high quality and worked high quality. The only down side was the actual barrel. On the website, the barrel looks factory cut vertically. Clean and easy to re-assemble once inside the crawl space. The one I received was cut in half horizontally and it was a terribly jagged cut that looked like it was done with little, or no care. Had to re-assemble with screws and plastic pieces that only aided in trying to cut our arms while trying to work with the barrel in the dug out hole since the screws protruded badly. Not too much thought involved with that method of separating and re-assembling the barrel. Otherwise...excellent.
