After just a month, it's hard to judge durability or even quality. Still, the convenience of being able to monitor and control the dehumidifier that's in the crawlspace from inside the house is a big benefit. I do wish the setting levels could be set to an exact percent, but the convenience is great.

Ordered the product. Didn't come and didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. Called supplier who said the would have it direct shipped from his supplier. Received wrong item. Sent item back. Finally received correct item.

Wiring connection straightforward. Hasn't been operating long, but seems ok so far.

Not being an installer of dehumidifiers, I felt like the instructions for this controller were unclear, but the great thing was that when we called the installation assistance number, there was an option for "installation in progress" and we were immediately able to speak to a knowledgeable technician who answered our questions efficiently and effectively. The information resolved our issues and the unit has been working fine since then.
