8620W- This unit can control the dehumidifier from the control panel or your smart phone. To control the humidity in the crawl space this unit MUST BE INSTALLED in the crawl space.
8820W- This unit can control the dehumidifier from the control panel or your smart phone. To control the humidity in the crawl space this unit CAN BE INSTALLED ON THE MAIN LEVEL when used with the humidity sensor
76- This unit can control the dehumidifier from the control panel on the main level.

All units are wired to the dehumidifier.

NOTE**
If you are purchasing the Moisture Medic with the 8620W Please NOTE- The 8620W reads Humidity WHERE it is installed. If you want the 8620W to read the crawl space humidity you will need to install it in the crawl space. Model 76 is an alternative controller that will read the crawl space humidity while being installed on the main level. If you want to control your dehumidifier and read the humidity in your crawl space, but have your thermostat control your HVAC unit and be mounted on the main level than you want the 8820W.
